Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support and consulting during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Design technology solutions, oversee implementation and integration, and troubleshoot to ensure system functionality.
• Understand client requirements, deliver tailored systems, answer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
• Leverage product and industry knowledge to optimize solutions and stay current with trends.
• Work independently, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and teams, document work, and collaborate with development teams.
