Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in enterprise networking and service assurance.
• Experience leading complex network incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing engagements and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead technical expert and SME within GT3.
• Provide specialized support for SD-WAN technologies and related platforms.
• Mentor GT3 peers and other teams; develop trainings and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion with risk management.
