You will engage with clients throughout the sales, design and build phase, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure quality, scalable architecture is delivered.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Translate complex business problems into scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions
  • Oversee solution configuration including scheduling, optimization, mobile setup, assets, inventory, service contracts, and dispatcher console
  • Sequence implementation tasks and lead the team through development, QA, testing, and release
  • Serve as the technical lead during the build phase, reviewing work and resolving technical issues
  • Support integrations with ERP, GIS, middleware, and third-party systems
  • Provide mentorship and quality assurance throughout the delivery cycle
  • Contribute to reusable architecture templates, delivery assets, and internal playbooks

Why This Role Matters (for You)

  • Ensure system architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals
  • Help teams execute effectively through technical clarity, documentation, and mentorship
  • Ensure high-quality delivery with minimal rework, proactive risk mitigation, and technical leadership
  • Leave behind reusable documentation, frameworks, and assets that support future engagements

Results We Expect from Past Experience

To be successful in this role, you should be able to show a proven track record of:

  • Improving delivery efficiency and quality through technical leadership, reusable architecture, and mentorship
  • Supporting cross-functional teams through go-live readiness and post-deployment stabilization
  • Elevating delivery performance on past teams or projects through process improvements, automation, or training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce Field Service
  • Proven experience solutioning complex Field Service requirements and leading enterprise-scale implementations
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with multi-national organizations requiring localization and scale
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service features including scheduling, optimization, assets, inventory, contracts, and mobile
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce REST APIs, Omnichannel, and middleware or point-to-point integrations
