You will shape business systems strategy, translate complex needs into clear technical requirements, and partner with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to improve processes.

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst working with development and systems teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical translation.
• Strong documentation skills for system requirements and specifications.
• Solid understanding of multi-platform applications and databases.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
