• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst working with development and systems teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical translation.
• Strong documentation skills for system requirements and specifications.
• Solid understanding of multi-platform applications and databases.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will play a key part in shaping business systems strategy and translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to improve processes, support system enhancements, and strengthen the connection between business stakeholders, QA, and engineering. The position is ideal for someone who can independently analyze challenges, influence best practices, and help ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,000 – $165,300 annually
