F5 is seeking a Principal Technical Alliance Manager to own a portfolio of high-impact technology alliances, including a key Dell Technologies relationship. This senior IC will shape multi-year plans, influence roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution across F5 and partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will establish executive relationships, govern alliance programs, and lead go-to-market efforts that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology alliances or related enterprise technology roles.
• 7+ years leading complex technology partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, security, data, and AI ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own alliance strategy and multi-year plans; align with senior leadership.
• Identify high-value joint solutions and drive roadmap alignment and lifecycle management.
• Build executive relationships and governance across F5 and partner organizations.
• Lead joint go-to-market, enablement, co-marketing, and field engagement to generate pipeline.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal without direct authority.
• Define metrics, monitor alliance health, and optimize ROI and adoption.
• Track AI ecosystem opportunities and advise on partnership strategy.
