Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer in Woburn, MA to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars team. You will help verify requirements, plan milestones, and collaborate with internal and external customers on radar programs.

Responsibilities include developing test scenarios, performing data analysis, supporting software development, and driving issue resolution with systems engineers across functions to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Doors and systems integration, test, or verification.

Responsibilities

• Support verification lead on requirements verification, milestones, scheduling, and customer presentations.
• Strengthen data analysis, systems integration, software development support, and customer collaboration.
• Develop scenarios to support testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve radar technical issues.
• Summarize and present data analysis to program leadership and customers.
