Job summary
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to serve as the main liaison between business, product, and development teams within the Workplace Investing Platform.
You will translate business requirements into workable tasks for a geographically distributed scrum team, lead release coordination, and promote agile leadership.
The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Agile knowledge, and the ability to mentor analysts across regions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of systems analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum tools.
- Experience writing solution requirements for complex software systems.
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Insomnia).
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
- Able to mentor and coach junior analysts across functions and geographies.
- Strong communication and collaboration across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business, product, and development teams.
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
- Lead release management coordination and manage interdependencies across teams.
- Drive team performance through metrics in an agile environment.
- Mentor junior analysts across divergent functions and geographies.
