Qualifications

• 17+ years of systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering, systems design, SQL, and data mapping.
• Proven experience supporting Workplace Investing and Defined Contribution initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Ability to partner effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the US and W2 employment status.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between business, product, and development teams to interpret complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Lead systems analysis efforts for various projects, ensuring deliverables align with strategic goals.
