Qualifications

• MS/ME/PhD in Structural Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience, focus on existing structures/repair/rehabilitation.
• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• Proven technical leadership in complex projects and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of existing structures and develop repair/rehabilitation solutions.
• Serve as technical lead and client-facing project executive for restoration and adaptive reuse.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, scopes, and client communications.
• Develop proposals, staffing plans, and project approaches for new work.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and collaborate across SGH disciplines.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities to grow the practice.
