This is a Principal‑level technical leadership role balancing speed‑to‑market with safety, reliability, and performance requirements across foundations, framing, and equipment support structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and PE license.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, with data centers preferred.
• Hands-on with modular/prefabricated construction and required code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide principal-level technical leadership for foundations and framing.
• Set structural standards and guardrails applicable across projects.
• Lead design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams across modules.
