Job summary

CVS Health, through its Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team, seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design and execute causal studies, size growth opportunities, and collaborate across functions to inform executive decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in decision science, expert SQL and Python, and strong healthcare data expertise, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

10+ years in decision science or related field with end-to-end analytics ownership.
Expert SQL and Python with large dataset experience.
Strong statistics, including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
Healthcare/payer data expertise.
Strong business communication and stakeholder influence.
Experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT and data engineering.
Executive presence and written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead causal inference studies to quantify member outcomes.
Provide analytic support for strategic growth evaluations.
Collaborate across Signify and with data professionals to standardize processes.
Present analyses to ELT and executives.
