Job summary

You will implement design and analysis activities, oversee studies and experiments, and coordinate ballistic, thermal, and structural analyses while assisting the technical lead. Under general direction, you will prepare technical requirements, review drawings, and support post-test analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or a related field, or have completed a bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
• Security clearance may be required; must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions applying engineering methods to propulsion program challenges.
• Read, interpret, and write specifications and technical documents.
• Prepare design requirements to support project goals.
• Keep current in relevant technologies for project assignments.
• Lead RCCA processes and support program technical lead.
• Travel up to 10%.
