phData is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native data platforms for global enterprise clients. You will own architecture, governance, and delivery while guiding practice evolution and mentoring teams.

Based in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with clients, engineering, and leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions that drive value, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data platform engineering, architecture or managed services.
• Experience designing cloud-native data platforms for enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own design, provisioning, and operation of cloud-native data solutions on AWS/Azure.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, secure data architectures.
• Lead delivery across multiple engagements with strong governance and performance tuning.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable assets and playbooks.
