CTG is seeking a senior data architecture leader to design and deliver enterprise data platforms and scalable pipelines in a remote environment. You will architect ETL/ELT frameworks to ingest and transform data from diverse sources, building data warehouses and lakehouses to support BI, ML, and analytics.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards while exploring real‑time analytics and AI/ML capabilities across cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical implementation.
• 2+ years focused on data engineering or enterprise data platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud‑native technologies.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with API design, CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Strong understanding of data security, encryption, access controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade, cloud‑based data platforms and scalable data pipelines.
• Architect ETL/ELT frameworks to ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Design and oversee data warehouses, lakehouses, and analytics environments supporting BI, ML, and reporting.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, data quality, security, and lifecycle standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to align with architectural standards and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging data technologies and lead POC initiatives for real‑time analytics and AI/ML.
• Develop architecture diagrams, data flow maps, security models, and technical runbooks.
• Guide Agile/DevOps teams in CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and deployment practices.
