Position Overview

We are transforming how companies plan, and we're seeking a Principal Solution Architect who thrives on solving complex puzzles. This role is ideal for high-achievers capable of translating intricate business challenges into effective solutions for clients.

We're not looking for average. If you enjoy deep dives into issues and designing complex solutions, and have a passion for data, multi-dimensional modeling, and data integration, this role is for you.

Your Impact

As an architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions within strategic accounts. Your responsibilities include:

• Translating existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan models
• Modifying models for connected solutions, optimization, or new functionality
• Serving as the architectural SME for large-scale planning solutions
• Providing feedback and updates to stakeholders
• Developing model documentation
• Participating in data integration and migration
• Leading or participating in UAT testing and deployment

Your Experience

Required qualifications include:

• A 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS
• 5+ years of experience in EPM solutions implementation
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of system implementation methodologies (preferably Agile)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead multiple responsibilities
• Service-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales (preferred)
• Understanding of data integration processes
• Passion for analytics, modeling, and planning
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Results-driven and self-motivated
• Coaching mentality, integrity, and collegiality
• Desire to work in a dynamic team with a hands-on approach
