The Role
The Principal Solution Architect for Core Business Workflows is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflows solutions based on best practices, with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. These solutions include HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace/Facility Service Delivery, Employee Service Management, and Finance & Supply Chain Solutions. The role involves solving relevant customer challenges, supporting sales cycles, engaging directly with customers and partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow.
Architects guide customers through their digital transformation by leading solutioning and scoping discussions during pre-sales and ensuring successful delivery of strategic, multi-workflow projects. They provide thought leadership, best practices, and guidance to ensure long-term value from the ServiceNow platform, engaging with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technological solutions and scaling ServiceNow expertise across teams. They establish governance frameworks, reduce technical debt, and enable scalable, sustainable solutions.
