Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Principal Software Project Manager to lead large-scale digital surgery initiatives focused on software-enabled medical technologies, AI, and global product launches. This role requires navigating highly regulated environments and coordinating across software, hardware, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of project or program management experience.
• Significant experience leading enterprise software development programs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, software release processes and PLM.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive complex software development programs from planning through global launch.
• Lead integrated program management across software, hardware, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, and commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with external software development partners and vendors.
• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and launch timelines.
• Provide executive-level updates at governance reviews.
