Job summary

PathAI is seeking a skilled PMO professional to support execution of key product development initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Based in Boston, MA, or other U.S. locations, you will partner with senior leadership to plan, track, and govern timelines, budgets, risks, and actions across cross-functional teams.

You will drive alignment, document decisions, and deliver concise status updates to executives, while continuously improving ways of working to boost delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, biomedical engineering, business (or relevant related field).
• Foundation in project management essentials, including risk tracking, budget governance, timeline scheduling, and project management software.
• End-to-end ownership across complex initiatives, driving accountability from initial planning through issue resolution and delivery
• Experience developing strong internal and external partnerships and fostering a strong team dynamic

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver complex product development programs.
• Create project plans, run cross-functional meetings, and report outputs to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues by coordinating the right people, drive decisions and document logs, risks and actions.
• Manage multiple medium-to-large projects with budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation.
• Recommend new ways of working to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate concise status to senior stakeholders.
