Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Staff Software Project Manager to support digital surgery and SaMD initiatives in a hybrid Boston setting. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of project/program management experience.
• Strong software development program management experience.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and software release processes.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with software engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead software-focused product development programs from charter through launch.
• Build and manage integrated project plans across software, hardware, quality, regulatory, and clinical workstreams.
• Drive execution through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate activities between internal engineering teams and external development partners.
• Track milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
• Support verification, validation, testing, and release readiness activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with design controls and quality requirements.
• Lead recurring project reviews and provide concise status updates to leadership.
