Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of digital project management experience in the medical device industry.
• 5+ years leading medical device enterprise software with QMS requirements.
• 5+ years managing enterprise system implementation teams or vendors.
• Project Management training or certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and PM frameworks/methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines while maintaining collaboration and results.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities in line with company processes and QMS standards.
• Plan, risk-manage, and execute digital transformation projects; ensure resource alignment.
• Drive multiple parallel projects with matrixed teams and governance.
• Lead digital transformation lifecycle from problem framing to value realization.
• Publish dashboards and reports communicating progress, risk, and achievements.
• Develop formal communications and deliver effective presentations.
• Mentor other Project Managers and improve delivery tools.
• Create reusable materials to improve digital project delivery and change management.
