Job summary

Auria Space in Boulder, CO is hiring a Software Performance Analysis Engineer (ONSITE). The role spans performance analysis of tracking and prediction algorithms, space-based sensor constellations, and defect tracking.

You will develop analysis tools in Python and Matlab and present findings to cross-functional teams. Level 2 requires a STEM degree with 2 years experience or a Master’s with up to 2 years; Level 3 requires 5 years or 3 with a PhD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with related experience; or Master's with relevant experience.
• Level 2 requires 2 years of related experience; Level 3 requires 5 years or PhD-based alternative.
• Experience with Python or Matlab for data analysis and tool development.

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis of missile tracking and prediction algorithms.
• Analyze space-based sensor constellations and contribute to tracking.
• Track defects in algorithms and implement resolutions.
• Develop analysis tools using Python and Matlab.
• Prepare technical presentations and analysis reports for teams.
• Collaborate across disciplines and clearly communicate results.
