Job summary

Auria is seeking a Software Performance Analysis Engineer – Level 2 or 3 to support the BOA program. This onsite role in Boulder, CO involves advancing missile tracking and sensor analysis with Python and Matlab, plus communicating findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM; 2 years related experience or Master’s Degree with 0-2 years.
• Master’s Degree with 3–5 years related experience or PhD with 1 year related.
• Python or Matlab experience required.
• Linux experience with common utilities (grep, awk, cat, head).
• Experience in data analysis including population statistics and trends.
• Travel up to 10% for business needs and current active Secret clearance (TS/SCI desirable).

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis of missile tracking and prediction algorithms.
• Analysis of space-based sensor constellations.
• Algorithm defect tracking and resolution.
• Development of analysis tools (Python & Matlab).
• Prepare technical presentations and analysis reports.
• Collaborate in cross-discipline teams and communicate clearly.
