Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• BA and 12 years of experience; degree may be waived with experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams and delivering complex software systems.
• Strong background in automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with technologies including JavaScript, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Java, SQL, YAML, and Terraform.
• Hands-on SDLC with end-to-end automation and production deployment.
• Experience building DevOps pipelines with Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high op-tempo, top-secret environments.
• Jira or similar Agile PM tooling experience.
• Experience with GitHub, Gradle, PowerShell, Java Full Stack, Oracle 19c, Webservices.

Responsibilities

• Drive CESO migration to a high-security cloud environment and deliver critical capabilities.
• Own delivery outcomes across multiple Agile teams with focus on quality and predictability.
• Define and drive long-term technical strategy and architectural direction.
• Oversee scalable, secure, maintainable software solutions; act as senior technical authority.
• Lead, manage, and develop senior engineers and technical teams; succession planning.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices for software development; champion DevSecOps.
• Coach leaders on effective team management, delivery, and technical decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations; communicate progress to leadership.
