Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) seeks a Principal Engineer / Technical Lead to support the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) in Arlington, VA. This onsite role drives CESO’s migration to a high-security cloud, delivering secure network and monitoring services, and system administration on a modern, automated platform.

Qualifications

• BA and 12+ years of experience; additional years may be considered in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams and delivering complex software systems
• Hands-on experience in Oracle/SQL Server/Java/cloud technologies/data integration/DevSecOps
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and Jira for Agile project management

Responsibilities

• Engineer and architect the database architecture to support modernization initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and evolve a modernized database architecture including cloud adoption
• Design, implement, and test database solutions for scalability, security, and performance
• Lead development and integration of secure APIs and data pipelines
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Bitbucket/Gitlab
• Implement DevSecOps practices and security controls
• Own delivery outcomes across Agile teams and align roadmaps with stakeholders
• Drive organizational leadership and establish governance for software development
