Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity is seeking a Principal Engineer / Technical Lead to support the CESO in Arlington, VA. This onsite role will drive modernization, cloud adoption, and secure web service capabilities for a growing customer base.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years of hands-on experience across Oracle/SQL Server, Java, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps. Strong leadership, architectural, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 12+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and experience leading multiple teams.
• Strong background in DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and architect database architectures to support modernization and cloud adoption.
• Lead Agile delivery across teams and drive sprint goals.
• Develop, test, and deploy secure APIs and data pipelines with CI/CD tooling.
