Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a senior architect to own the technical direction of our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will design and build critical components, write specifications, and communicate clearly with engineers and executives.

This is not a hands-off role; you’ll influence architecture and production behavior from day one. Responsibilities include shaping the SPA over a Node.js API tier, evaluating technologies, and solving mobile performance, accessibility, and observability challenges.

Qualifications

10+ years with TypeScript and JavaScript.
Expert-level Angular 2+ single-page applications.
Expert-level Node.js and Express services, APIs, microservices.
Docker and AKS or equivalent.
Architectural judgment on multi-tenant SaaS - security, performance, scale.
The ability to hold a technical position with executives through credibility, not authority.

Responsibilities

Design single-page applications over a Node.js API tier and write technical specifications.
Communicate concepts credibly to engineers and executives.
Address live problems like mobile performance, per-tenant branding, accessibility, and observability.
