Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for the CSP Engagements team to lead efforts on fleet-scale reliability. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to improve NVIDIA platforms' performance metrics and enhance reliability in production.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience and profound knowledge in system software and reliability engineering, particularly in relation to large-scale environments. You will work directly with hyperscale customers to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in systems software or reliability engineering.
• Deep expertise in multi-NUMA and rack-scale systems.
• Experience with fleet-level telemetry and health scoring.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability work streams with CSP engineering teams.
• Gather and synthesize CSP fleet reliability data.
• Define MTBI measurement methodology.
