NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Principal Software Engineer to act as the technical focal point for CSP Engagements, guiding rack-scale system software and firmware across fleets. You will partner with CSP engineering teams to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and operation at scale, shaping architecture and shared best practices.

You will drive cross-team collaboration, champion feedback into NVIDIA's decisions, and help define testing strategies, integration plans, and customer-focused

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in system software, firmware, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with fabric management or cluster management is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPU or accelerator system software is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Drive rack-scale SW/FW architecture alignment across CSP engagements — fabric management, NVSwitch, serviceability, and firmware orchestration.
• Lead CSP engineering collaborations on rack-scale software — health telemetry, recovery, and APIs for fleet observability.
• Synthesize CSP feedback into architecture decisions and drive documentation, tooling, and test strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to reflect customer operational requirements in software and firmware development.
• Identify cross-CSP patterns and drive early engagement to reduce integration risks.

Formation

BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
