Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead CSP engagements, focusing on architecture alignment and deep technical collaboration with CSPs and hyperscalers. You will drive system software decisions at the SW/HW interface, mentor teams, and influence product roadmaps for next-generation data center platforms.

You will interact with major customers to understand use cases, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience with 15+ years in system software architecture and development.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance server systems at SW/HW interface.
• Strong leadership with project ownership in complex software/hardware environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive system software architecture alignment and technical deep-dives for NPI projects with key customers.
• Collaborate with major customers to align roadmap and requirements with NVIDIA’s roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve high-profile customer issues during NPI phase.
• Make key technical decisions and mitigate risks with left shift strategy.
• Build and maintain customer trust by addressing their needs and communicating solutions clearly.
