Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a principal‑level engineering leader to architect scalable agent infrastructure and drive reliability across AI products. You will own end‑to‑end system design, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver production‑grade, secure deployments with strong observability and CI/CD practices.

You will mentor engineers, codify patterns, and build reusable memory/context services, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks for enterprise use at scale.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years building and operating production software systems with architecture leadership.
• Experience with enterprise deployment, security, device management, and lifecycle management.
• Strong frontend, backend, and platform breadth across modern tech stacks.
• Proven track record turning prototypes into reliable production systems with testing and observability.
• Experience building shared services or core infrastructure used by multiple teams.
• Knowledge of modern AI patterns (LLM-powered apps, RAG, tool use, memory systems).
• Ability to influence across teams while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, performance, observability, release confidence, and user experience across products.
• Design and build scalable frontends, backend APIs, distributed services, and deployment systems.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, safe rollout, monitoring, incident response, and operational playbooks.
• Build reusable capabilities for multiple agent domains (orchestration, memory, evaluation).
• Codify architecture, documentation, and patterns; mentor engineers.
• Define core architecture for agent discovery, collaboration, and enterprise governance.
• Partner with domain AI engineers, product managers, designers, and IT to deliver measurable outcomes.
