Job summary

Intuit seeks a Principal Software Engineer to own the multi-year technology vision for Fintech's agent-readiness domain, aligning capability exposure with repository tooling and company-wide AI strategy.

You will drive end-to-end architecture across capability and repo readiness, champion shared standards, and mentor Staff/Sr Staff engineers to raise the technical bar across the domain.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with domain tech ownership.
• Demonstrated Principal-level leadership with multi-year vision across teams.
• Deep background in API platforms and agent-readiness infrastructure including OpenAPI and codegen.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technology vision and strategy for Fintech's agent-readiness domain.
• Solve end-to-end integration gaps between capability and repo readiness tools.
• Champion reuse and clear ownership across Fintech and adjacent domains.
• Represent Intuit's strategy to leadership, Product, and Compliance; engage externally when needed.
