• Identify and resolve cross-cutting technical problems spanning payment protocols, edge AI, and trust infrastructure.
• Set technical direction across active capability areas and drive architectural evolution.
• Distinguish foundational decisions requiring cross-team planning from fast, reversible experimentation.
• Own strategic viability at customer-facing deliverables and defend against competitive positioning.
• Represent technical strategy to SLT, BD, Legal/Compliance, and product leadership with evidence-based proof points.
• Build an experimentation mindset with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and kill criteria before code is written.
