Job summary

INTUIT INC. in Mountain View seeks a Senior Principal Software Engineer to own the long-term technology vision for agent-readiness across Fintech.

Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience.
Demonstrated Principal-level leadership across multiple teams or initiatives.
Experience defining architecture across domain boundaries.
Experience driving platform strategy with external visibility.
Strong grounding in fintech domains and compliance requirements.
Proven track record mentoring Staff/Sr Staff engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year technology vision and strategy for Fintech's agent-readiness domain.
Solve end-to-end, hard problems spanning capability and repo readiness.
Champion capability reuse across Fintech and adjacent Intuit domains.
Make technology decisions with long-term impact and clear tradeoffs.
Drive work across multiple teams and external collaborators.
Represent fintech agent-readiness strategy to leadership and industry.
Actively invest in talent through mentoring and calibration.
