Job summary
UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solutions within a global environment. You will drive design, integration, and optimization of ERP implementations across regions, collaborating with Finance executives, Product Owners, and engineering teams.
The role emphasizes data migration, AI-enabled automation, and strong governance to deliver secure, scalable systems that transform Financial processes globally.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP transformations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, and data management.
- Experience leading data migration, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting).
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Provide functional leadership through design reviews and Finance transformation programs.
- Translate Finance requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with engineering teams.
