Job summary
UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise Finance solutions within a global environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Finance processes, ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365), system integrations, finance data management, quality assurance, and AI-enabled automation to partner with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable,
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance tech solutions.
- Experience with ERP implementations and Finance transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, data management."
- Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance solution design and implementation across core processes.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Provide functional leadership through reviews, harmonization, and transformation programs.
- Translate Finance requirements into functional/technical specifications and drive integration.
