Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead design, implementation, and integration of enterprise Finance solutions in a global setting. You will own R2R, O2C, GL, AR, and intercompany processes, shaping architecture for scalable ERP deployments across regions.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into secure, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP implementations.
• Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting, Tax, Intercompany).
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions with improved controls and standardization.
• Provide leadership through reviews, harmonization initiatives, and transformation programs.
