Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead architecture and development for its CRTS product. You will guide cloud-native, microservice-based solutions using Go and Java, emphasize API and event-driven design, and mentor teams across global time zones.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in architecture, design and development of large-scale applications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
7 years experience with Go and Java.
5 years in cloud-based product development, microservices, APIs and event-driven development.
5 years in SDLC and agile methodologies; strong analytical skills.
4 years with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Keda).
4 years with AWS and other cloud providers (GCP, Azure).
4 years with PostgreSQL and monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana).
Exposure to AI tools in development cycles to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate cloud-based technologies for CRTS against product requirements.
Provide technical leadership and influence architecture of major components.
Produce design artifacts and ensure scalability and reusability across the application.
Mentor engineers on design, testing, and coding standards.
Collaborate across time zones and with peer architects on integrated solutions.
Champion product quality and customer-centric thinking; drive innovation.
