Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking an Architect to drive the technical roadmap across cloud-based platforms and applications. The role includes design, development, testing, publishing, and ongoing support, with hands-on coding and mentoring of senior engineers.

You will lead architecture decisions, guide microservices and SOA, collaborate with product stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable solutions while aligning with CI/CD practices and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related Engineering or Technology degree program or equivalent experience.
• 8 years' experience in software design and development with architecture/leadership for large SaaS products.
• 5 years experience with cloud-native architecture and data pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Zookeeper, Redis or similar.
• 5 years experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Datadog.
• 5 years leading full-stack software development and backend services, APIs, and frontend apps for scalable SaaS products.
• 5 years hands-on development with Java and/or NodeJS; 5 years frontend with ReactJS.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven patterns, multi-tenant SaaS on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps; CI/CD tools like GitHub/Jenkins.
