CVS Health is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer to lead architecture and development for next-generation digital and analytical applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will drive scalable, secure, high-performance solutions, mentor teams, and shape architectural direction in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Formación

• 10+ years defining and driving full stack software engineering, architecture and delivery in cloud platforms.
• 5+ years in senior/principal/architect roles on cloud native applications.
• 5+ years of front-end experience with Angular/React/TypeScript/React JS.
• 5+ years of backend development with Python, API Forge, REST APIs, Java.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/GenAI integration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the broader vision and IT strategy.
• Lead engineering and architectural initiatives aligned with enterprise tech strategy.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps translating business capabilities into secure architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, balance modernization with delivery priorities.

• Promote product management and agile mindsets across teams.
