Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to serve as technical authority for our sales teams and customers in the United States. You will tackle customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community, and enable sales through partners.

The ideal candidate has deep SIEM experience in enterprise environments, a strong AI/analytics background, and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in technical pre-sales.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms.
• Extensive SIEM experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM/Analytics.
• Strong SOC workflows knowledge.
• Curious, self-driven learner committed to development.
• Proven customer-relations history with architectural outcomes.
• Influential with ability to persuade teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in your enterprise territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic solutions address their needs.
• Build value-based relationships across organizational levels.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic offerings.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in deals.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teammates to meet client needs.
• Represent customer needs to engineering and leadership.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
