Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Staff Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional hardware development from concept to GA. You will align engineering, operations, supply chain, and GTM teams while managing risks, schedules, and execution processes.

As the connective tissue across ME, EE, FW, and SW, you will own the integrated master schedule, coordinate EVT/DVT/PVT builds, and ensure design-for-excellence and scalable governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hardware product lifecycle management and governance.
• Integrated master scheduling across hardware programs.
• Experience with EVT/DVT/PVT builds and validation.
• Risk management and mitigation for complex hardware programs.
• Systems engineering across HW/SW interfaces.
• DFM/DFT/DFX concepts integrated early in design stages.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated planning and delivery tracking across hardware development through mass production and GA.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and GTM teams.
• Manage critical paths, build readiness, and executive status reporting.
• Drive program risk decisions and mitigation across disciplines.
