Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of survey methodologies and tools (MaxDiff, Conjoint, segmentation, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Scope and drive full research initiatives from planning to actions.
• Partner with senior management to align product strategy with data insights.
• Conduct strategic, generative, and evaluative research using mixed methods.
• Synthesize findings into narratives showing business value of solutions.
• Work on fast-paced, ambiguous projects with attention to scope and timelines.
• Mentor and collaborate across Research & Insights teams and stakeholders.
