Salesforce is seeking a Research Lead to own primary research across Buyer Insights and Thought Leadership within the Customer Insights team. You will design credible studies, translate findings into impactful visuals, and influence strategic decisions with data-driven storytelling.

You will drive AI-enabled research workflows, manage external partners, and ensure research is scoped to deliver measurable business impact for Salesforce’s marketing narrative.

Formación

• Genuine curiosity about buyers, business, technology, and the world; brings outside context in, not just data.
• Strong foundation in primary research, quantitative + qualitative, with critical interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to design credible studies and understand limits of data.
• Experience building workflows around AI tools without distorting findings.
• Excellent editorial instincts for turning findings into compelling stories.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute primary research across Buyer Insights and Thought Leadership programs.
• Synthesize findings across programs to surface integrated conclusions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and articulate research strategy with clear ROI.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear, compelling visuals and storytelling.
• Position insights for external impact and media/public narrative.
• Leverage AI to scale research design, analysis, and storytelling.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies and vendors.
