Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience conducting research in product or technology contexts.
• Advanced understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods and best practices.
• Excellent project management, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Advanced understanding of survey methodologies and tools (MaxDiff, Conjoint, segmentation, analytics).
• Proven track record influencing product direction and strategy with actionable insights.
• Ability to plan, design, and execute strategic and tactical research engagements.

Responsibilities

• Scope and drive full research initiatives, including planning, developing, and executing studies and translating insights into actions.
• Partner with senior management across cross-functional teams to identify and advocate for data-driven strategy.
• Conduct strategic, generative, and evaluative research using appropriate methods.
• Synthesize findings into narratives that highlight business value of solutions.
• Lead and mentor the Research & Insights organization through collaboration and teaching.
• Work on fast-paced projects, maintain scope, and deliver outcomes.
