Amazon is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Regulatory Programs to support its Americas regulatory portfolio. This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of external regulatory developments, internal compliance, and product evolution, operating in a fast-moving environment with high business impact.

You will own regulatory translations into product changes, coordinate with engineering and operations, and lead delivery against deadlines while ensuring ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Track regulatory developments across Americas, assess their business impact, and engage with policymakers to shape outcomes.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete product and operational changes; define what needs to be built and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Manage regulatory program post-implementation to ensure ongoing compliance and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate responses to government data requests and maintain visibility into the data reporting footprint across Americas.
