Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to support our Americas regulatory portfolio (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). This individual contributor role operates at the intersection of external regulatory developments, internal compliance, and product/program evolution, translating policy changes into concrete changes across engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years program or project management experience.
• 7+ years experience analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Track regulatory developments across Americas, assess their business impact, and contribute to shaping policy outcomes through engagement with policymakers and regulators.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete product and operational changes; define what needs to be built, coordinate with engineering and operations, and drive delivery.
• Manage regulatory data obligations, coordinate responses to government data requests, and ensure accuracy and integrity of regulatory submissions.
