Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager, EAP to lead environmental compliance across business units. You will align stakeholders, define multi-year plans, manage budgets, and drive accountability through governance mechanisms.

This role requires strong regulatory expertise and executive-level communication. You will collaborate with Amazon Legal, regulators, environmental consultants, and technology teams to accelerate compliant, scalable solutions and embed environmental objectives into day-to-day

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or related field work with external stakeholders experience.
• 7+ years of team management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and delivery.
• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders or clients.
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Experience holding internal/external stakeholders accountable to program milestones via governance mechanisms.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain cross-organizational alignment on a unified environmental compliance vision across all in-scope units.
• Own the strategic program roadmap including field execution frameworks and media-specific compliance programs.
• Develop and govern multi-year operating plans, budgets, and resource allocations balancing immediate obligations with long-term infrastructure.
• Build and operate program controllership mechanisms across stakeholders for speed, quality, and accountability.
• Communicate compliance strategy and program status to Director/VP-level audiences across Operations, Legal, Finance, and Technology.
