Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Principal Project Engineer onsite in Marlborough, MA to lead all engineering activities on a U.S. government program.

The role requires deep systems engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration with multiple disciplines. You will own the technical scope, schedule, and cost, manage TPMs and EVMS, and coordinate staffing with internal teams and suppliers while driving program performance and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS and risk management.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• STEM degree with 8+ years or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee engineering execution and budget for the program.
• Lead staffing forecasts and alignment with disciplines.
• Provide TPM-driven status reporting and risk management.
• Coordinate EBRs and EPRs and PMR support.
