Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Principal Project Engineer to lead cross‑discipline engineering integration in avionics network hardware. You will drive design concepts, technical direction, and execution across R&D, integration & test, and production support.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance while interfacing with customers and teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration across all engineering domains.
• Establish design concepts, criteria, and technical direction for R&D, integration & test, and production support.
• Serve as technical decision authority to resolve issues and maintain commitments.
• Develop and communicate engineering plans, roadmaps, and strategies.
• Oversee project controls, schedules, and cost estimates; secure resources.
